I suggest that we may explain this phenomenon of déjà-vu using the term
UNCONSCIOUS MIND
Those things did happen within our mind (no mattar how they happen authentically in this world we live), without us being conscious of. Then, given right conditions, our unconscious mind tends to answer in a first place, constituting a fake memory as if we experienced before. In short, this is a process that unconsious mind gives feedback.
