英国人最先抛弃西藏，美国人在1970年正式抛弃西藏。所以，西藏问题在国际上也就听个微弱的响声，没人真管西藏人。
最狡猾的是印度，占了西藏一大块地，西藏人还不能说它，因为寄人篱下。
大部分国家站在中立立场：西藏问题，当然是西藏人的事情。
