• As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
• Now it catches the gleam of the morning’s first beam,
• In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:
• ’Tis the star-spangled banner! O long may it wave
• O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
• And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
• That the havoc of war and the battle’s confusion
• A home and a country should leave us no more?
• Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps' pollution.
• No refuge could save the hireling and slave
• From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:
• And the star-spangled banner, in triumph doth wave
• O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
• O thus be it ever when freemen shall stand
• Between their loved homes and the war’s desolation!
• Blest with vict’ry and peace, may the Heav’n-rescued land
• Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
• Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
• And this be our motto: "In God is our Trust."

顽敌正在酣睡，四周沉寂阑珊。
微风断断续续，吹过峻崖之巅，
你说那是什么，风中半隐半现？
现在它的身上，映着朝霞烂漫，
凌空照在水面，霎时红光一片。
这就是星条旗，愿它永远飘扬
在这自由国家，勇士的家乡。

都到哪里去了，信誓旦旦的人们？
他们向往的是能在战争中幸存，
家乡和祖国，不要抛弃我们。
他们自己用血，洗清肮脏的脚印。
那些奴才、佣兵，没有地方藏身，
逃脱不了失败和死亡的命运。
但是星条旗却将要永远飘扬
在这自由国家，勇士的家乡。

玉碎还是瓦全，摆在我们面前，
自由人将奋起保卫国旗长招展。
祖国自有天相，胜利和平在望；
建国家，保家乡，感谢上帝的力量。
我们一定得胜，正义属于我方，
“我们信赖上帝”，此语永矢不忘。
