全世界的枪花迷们终于能在电台上领略到枪与玫瑰(Guns N' Roses或枪花)的摇滚激情了。距离上一张专辑的发行足足有17年的枪花乐队，这次重整旗鼓，使他们的新专辑《Chinese Democracy》终将于在11月23日与世人见面。

据乐队的新闻发言人葛芬(Geffen)透露，这张专辑在制作过程中困难重重，录制的计划一再推迟，这张全新大碟《Chinese Democracy》耗巨资，距1991年枪花乐队的专辑《Use Your Illusions》17年后推出。

乐队经理艾维宁-阿佐夫(Irving Azoff)表示，“枪花乐队这张新专辑的发行可以说是摇滚史上的里程碑，枪花迷完全可以庆祝《Chinese Democracy》的发行成功，因为现在市场的火爆反应还仅仅是一个开端。”

这张唱片的主打歌Chinese Democracy由Axl Rose所作，文中谴责中共专制极权嵌制言论自由，并为法轮功发声，歌词还说，时间是站在人民这一边的。

这张全新大碟共有14首乐曲，Chinese Democracy; Shackler's Revenge; Better; Street of Dreams; If the World; There Was a Time; Catcher N' the Rye; Scraped; Sorry; I.R.S.; Madagascar; This I Love; Prostitute。其中 Scraped 和 Shackler’s Revenge 在游戏《摇滚乐队2》(Rock Band 2)中我们已经听到过，而 Street of Dreams 和 If the World 也出现在刚刚上映的电影《谎言之躯》(Body of Lies)中。虽然一些单曲早在专辑发行之前就被泄露，但是这丝毫不影响歌迷们的热情。

这张专辑的制作过程中枪花乐队经历重重困难，各种各样的原因导致新专辑推迟发行，不过最终全世界的枪花迷可以在11月23日买到这张备受瞩目的《Chinese Democracy》，新专辑会在百思买及其网上销售部门独家发售。
