　罗素（1872—1970），英国哲学家、数学家、逻辑学家。英国剑桥大学三一学院毕业后留校任教。1920年曾来中国讲学。1938—1944年在美
国芝加哥大学、加利福尼亚大学讲学。1950年获诺贝尔文学奖。在哲学上，早期为新实在论者，20世纪初提出逻辑原子主义和中元一元论学说。在数学上，从
事过数理逻辑和数学基础的研究。以他命名的“罗素悖论”曾对20世纪的数学基础发生过重大影响，其与怀特海的巨著《数学原理》中提出的逻辑类型论成功的解
决了包括罗素悖论在内的不少悖论，并且成为人类数学和数理逻辑历史上里程碑式的著作，正是这本巨著是罗素获得了崇高的声誉。在教育上，主张自由教育，认为
教育的基本目的应该是培养“活力、勇气、敏感、智慧”四种品质。在政治上，反对侵略战争，倡导和平主义。重要著作有《哲学原理》、《哲学问题》、《心的分
析》、《物的分析》、《西方哲学史》、《论教育》等。

　　伯特兰·亚瑟·威廉·罗素（1872年——1970年），20世纪著名的资产阶级思想家和社会活动家，一生著作达40余部，论文或其他文章更多。他在多方面的建树深刻地影响了西方哲学。

    思想家、诺贝尔文学奖获得者我想不必多做介绍，简介基本照办百度。
    这个资源分章朗读，清晰度令人足够满意，适合爱好有声读物的同仁们花时间啃，电驴里应该有许多这个电子书，所以文本在下就不提供了。应该很容易下到。
    由于我还在大学念书，不可能24小时挂机，望有空、有机会的同道多贡献点资源。
   
    另外我个人还没有开始听这本书，因为我习惯读纸张书，手里还没有英文原版，尚未通读。所以不清楚是英式发音还是美式发音。粗略地听了一下像是英式的，但是朗读者口音适中，一时半会儿也听不出什么。
    这是我第一次发布资源，还望多多指教！
